Applicant must file a a Coin Operated Games application annually (from January to December) for renewal or when applicant has acquired any Coin Operated Games at their place of business. Applicant must pay the application fee at time of submittal. Copies of the application are forwarded to the Code Enforcement, Tax Collector, Fire and Police departments for their findings and inspections. When findings are returned to the Clerk's office, copies of the application along with the findings/inspections from these departments, are forwarded to the Township Council for their review and comments. Upon approval by the Township Council, the Clerk's office advises the applicant of any monies owed. The Coin Operated Games license can only be finalized after all monies are paid in full to the Clerk's office. A copy of the license is forwarded to all the necessary departments involved. The original application is maintained in the Clerk's office as a record for reference and research. Application is available on the Township website.
