CITIZENS ACTION & ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Members: 7 Members with 3 year terms
(One member shall be a resident of a mobile home as long as that individual is a non-owner of the park)
Appointment: Township Council; Chair appointed by Township Council
Meetings: 4th Wednesday of each month, Main Administration Building, Back Conference Room, 7:30 PM
Purpose: This Committee’s purpose is to review and assist the Township Council in procuring any available county, state or federal Community Development Grants, including the processing and administration of same, as requested by the Township Council. Further, the Township Council may from time to time request investigations, reports and recommendations from this Committee in such matters as the Township Council shall determine.
The Citizens Action and Advisory Committee shall review all materials and current developments with regard to mobile home parks in terms of federal and state laws, regulations and decisions in areas having an effect on such parks. The Citizens Action and Advisory Committee shall address and provide advice and suggestions to the Township Council on issues addressing single mule-family unit dwellings as well as mobile home parks within the Township.
