ON-SITE STORAGE TRAILERS
Fee: $390 Mandatory 6 Months (26 Weeks x $15.00 Weekly)
Deposit: $50.00 Day of Application
Applicant must fill out application whenever a Storage Trailer is to be utilized at any location. The applicant must pay a Deposit of $50.00 upon initial submittal and the fee is an additional $15.00 per week per Storage Trailer. The deposit of $50.00 is to be applied to the total fee owed by the applicant. A copy of the application is to be forwarded to the Code Enforcement Department and the Construction Official for their findings and inspections. If the trailer is not on site at the time of application, the applicant must contact the Clerk's office as to when it arrives at location. The Clerk's office will then contact both the Code and Construction departments for their inspections to be arranged. When findings returned to the Clerk's office, copies of all the paperwork are submitted to the Township Council for their review and approval. After final approval by the Township Council, the applicant will be notified that their application has been approved. All monies owed are to be paid to date before the issuance of the Storage Trailer license can be processed. Licensing for Storage Trailers run for a 6 (six) month period at a time. If trailer is to be on site longer than this period, the applicant must re-apply for another 6 (six) month time frame. Copies of the license are forwarded to the Code and Construction department for their records. The original application and all attached paperwork are maintained by the Clerk's office for reference. |
