PRESENTLY

      “Welcome to our website!”

The Howell Municipal Alliance (HTMA) to prevent drug and alcohol abuse is  a non-profit organization. We are funded by a DEDR grant through the Governor's Office of Alcoholism, Drug Abuse and Addiction Services (GCADA) with matching funds from the Township of Howell.

Since 1989, HTMA has based our success on volunteers. Members are coordinated my current Alliance Coordinator Ralph M. Hoffman, Jr., since 2000.
After the Howell Township dissolved the Division of Human Services in 2005, the community continues to rely on the larger institution of
Monmouth County for all its youth and family services. We look forward to continuing our services over twenty years of service to the community. If you need referrals for Detoxification, rehabilitation, or other recovery sources, feel free to call, e-mail or stop by.

There are many opportunities for you to help. HTMA has recently contributed to the children scholarship of recent fallen troopers, and sponsored a highly successful program organized by Chariot Riders.
