Applicant must file a Junkyard License application annually, from January to December, and pay total fees at time of application. The Clerk's office forwards a copy of the application to the appropriate departments for comment and inspection. When departmental comments are returned to the Clerk's office, the Clerk's office will submit all findings and inspection results to the Township Council for their review and comments. Upon approval by the Township Council, the applicant will be notified as to the status of the application and/or approval. Copies of the license are forwarded to the Construction Department and the Tax Collector for their records. The original application and any supporting documents are maintained by the Clerk's office for reference and record keeping. Application is available on the Township website.
