public is invited to attend and will be allowed to participate in accordancewith the Open Public Meetings Law.

Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments on an application to the Countyof Monmouth for Open Space Trust Funds. The Township of Howell desires to obtain
Monmouth County Municipal Open Space Grant Program funds in order to developpark facilities, including a multi-use building, at Soldier Memorial Park,
located at 579 Lakewood-Farmingdale Road, Howell, NJ, Block 46, Lot 28.
