Due to the impending weather for Wednesday, October 16, 2019, the Howell-o-ween Spooktacular will be postponed until Thursday, October 17, 2019. Final determination will be made on Thursday late morning after an evaluation of field conditions and safety concerns are made. Weather for Wednesday evening and overnight has a steady rain (heavy at times) and up to 3" locally for some potential of minor flooding. In addition, oversaturated field conditions and gusts between 35-45mph are forecasted for Thursday, October 17, 2019.
