Effective February 3, 2020, recycling that is placed in plastic bags or that contains plastic bags will be rejected by the contractor and will not be collected. Those residents whose recycling is rejected must remove the plastic bags and then either wait for their next scheduled recycling pickup, or bring the recyclables to a designated container at Howell’s Recycle Yard at 278 Old Tavern Road between 7:30AM-3:00PM.
