Light Up The Shore
Howell Township is joining the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners to host “Light Up the Shore” in honor of the lives lost and the fearless display of heroism by rescue teams and citizens who responded to the tragedy on September 11, 2001.
Everyone is invited to participate by going to the shoreline and use their cellphones to light up the skyline at 8:46 p.m. on September 11, 2021.
