PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in compliance with the provisions of the "Open Public Meetings Act" of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Howell Township Council will be held on November 9, 2021, at 5:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Main Meeting Room at the Municipal Offices, 4567 Route 9 North, Howell, New Jersey.
PURPOSE OF MEETING: The Governing Body of the Township of Howell intends to discuss certain matters which are deemed confidential pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12, in Executive Session:

The Township of Howell cannot determine the time when the discussion to be held in Executive Session will be made public, but will disclose the minutes of the Executive Session when the need for confidentiality no longer exists.
