PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in compliance with the provisions of the "Open Public Meetings Act" of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, notice is hereby given that the format of the Howell Township Council Meeting of February 1, 2022 is being changed. Pursuant to the declarations by the Governor of the State of New Jersey, and the mechanisms that have been used by local governments during emergencies that render in-person meetings less than optimal, public meetings will be held by online/virtual means and telephonically only.
The Council meeting originally scheduled to be held on February 1, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Howell Township Municipal Building, 4567 U.S. Highway 9 North, Howell Township, New Jersey 07731, will instead be held remotely to practice social distancing in light of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. Executive Session, if one is to be held, will begin at 6:00 PM; Regular Session will begin at 7:00 PM. The meeting agenda may be viewed on the Township website at: http://www.twp.howell.nj.us/89/Agendas-Minutes-and-Videos. Formal Action may be taken at this meeting.
