OEM logo 150

The National Weather Service has issued Winter Storm and Blizzard Warnings beginning 1/28/22 at 7:00pm. Howell Office of Emergency Management has declared a snow emergency beginning at 2:00pm on 1/28/22. Residents are urged to prepare for the storm, as significant snowfall, heavy winds, and low visibility conditions are predicted. Resources can be found at ready.nj.gov. As a reminder, all parked vehicles must be removed from roadways to facilitate plowing efforts per Township Code Chapter 265. During plowing activities, parked vehicles occupying the roadway can create an unsafe condition and can prevent a plow's access to some streets. Vehicles left in the roadway may be subject to a summons which includes a monetary fine. Thank you for your cooperation.
