Fairfield Construction
Utility work is scheduled to begin Thursday morning, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, at the Adelphia Road (County Route 524) and Fairfield Road intersection. Fairfield Road will be closed from the traffic signal at Route 524 to Merrick Road with detours for the first three weeks. The road will be opened at night and weekends. After the initial three weeks of work, the project will continue north of Statesboro Road utilizing alternating traffic control in lieu of detours. Construction on Fairfield Road is scheduled to last for approximately four months. The entire roadway will be repaved edge to edge upon the completion of all construction.
