Dear Residents:
Howell OEM has been monitoring the National Weather Service. It appears as though we are in for some additional significant rainfall tomorrow. With high winds and the already saturated grounds there is sure to be some downed trees and power lines. Significant flash flooding is possible where the heavier rainfall occurs. Based on the map it appears as though Monmouth is in the 3” rainfall predicted area.
Howell OEM will continue to monitor this event and will provide updates as they become available and we are prepared to respond or assist with any needs. We urge residents to secure outdoor objects or bring them inside. Please visit www.twp.howell.nj.us for further updates as needed.
