[ARCHIVED] Mayor Gotto and Council Support November 29 Small Business Saturday

Mayor Gotto and Council have joined towns across the United States in supporting Saturday, November 29 to be Small Business Saturday. We are urging residents to join us in celebrating and supporting small businesses in our community.

Small businesses are the backbones of our communities. Many of our small business owners have deep roots in Howell Township. They were born here, went to school here and continue to live here. They give back a great deal to Howell Township and we encourage all residents to support them and show your appreciation for all they do for our community.

Small Business Saturday is an initiative promoted by Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), a non-partisan small business advocate and operational arm of the Small Business Saturday Coalition, rallying mayors across the country to show their support and encourage their local communities to “shop small” on November 29, 2014.
