Today the Monmouth County Health Department received a lab confirmation of a Rabid Skunk that was picked up on Beacon Dr. We have a report that a cat was seen near the skunk. We are advising residents in the area of North Longview and Beacon to have any free roaming cats get a rabies booster. Thank you
