Join the Howell PAL and Howell PBA for "Trunk or Treat" on October 27, 2016 October 28, 2016 from 6-8pm. This event will be held in the Target of Howell parking lot and aims to promote safe trick or treating! There will be lots of candy and a costume contest for attendees and vendors.
